Lou Pento
VP Operations
Lou Pento is Vice President of Global Operations, bringing over 25 years’ experience across aerospace and semiconductor industries. Since joining RTA in 1997, he has progressed through purchasing, supply chain and operations roles, taking on his current position in 2010.
He has established and scaled facilities across the US and Europe, led supplier migration programmes, and implemented last-mile kitting to support global operations. His work has strengthened delivery performance and supported customer operations for organisations including Rockwell Collins, Sikorsky Aircraft and ASML.
Lou combines operational discipline with a practical, delivery-focused mindset. He is also a former captain of the Baruch College men’s basketball team and a regular keynote speaker.
Dominic Hannon
VP Methods & Compliance
Dominic is a graduate of Ulster University, holding an Honours Degree in Engineering, along with professional diplomas in engineering and health and safety.
With over 30 years’ experience in quality assurance and a background in Six Sigma and Operational Excellence, he joined RTA in 2005 to develop a world‑class quality management system. Since then, he has played a key role in guiding RTA to sustained levels of operational excellence, including achieving SC21 Gold status and securing international trade compliance recognition through AEO‑F and IPR authorisation.
Richard Hennity
VP Sales
Richard brings over 25 years’ international experience across aviation, semiconductor and automotive sectors. As Vice President of Sales, he leads RTA’s business development across Europe and Asia, supporting expansion into new markets.
He has lived and worked in the USA, Asia and Europe, establishing stocking locations to support production and aftermarket operations.
At RTA, he has developed customer-aligned supply chain solutions, strengthening relationships and supporting steady growth. He also contributes to achieving key industry accreditations. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
