Manufacturing and assembly areas have restricted access and are maintained under a 5S program to ensure quality and a FOD free product.
Documentation and traceability discipline
Items used within assemblies are lot scanned during kitting to ensure traceability to the order. Sales shipments identify all items and lots used, fully traceable to original manufacturer and mill certificates.
Packaging aligned to delivery/handling needs
RTA is happy to work with customers to design sustainable packaging solutions that ensure assembled items are identified, contained, and protected during transit, while reducing or even eliminating FOD in the production environment.
The assembly service consolidates BoMs into a single purchase order for complete assemblies, with RTA managing all component sourcing, manufacture and procurement.
